I have a Unit that is trying to assign MBC 140861966 to Scout 13973107 for E-Prep. When they tried they got the below message. When I did, through Council access, I went to the Scout, the Merit Badge, selected assign Counselor, put in their information. It found the Counselor, but when I click the assign button, it just stays there and never assigns. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
