Can't creat recurring events in IA calendar

I am trying to create a recurring event, but am getting an error that “The fromDate must be the first day of the month, minimum current month - fromDate:2023-11-30”

I don’t see anywhere that I can enter a “fromDate” in the IA interface.

Will this be fixed before the “Golive” of the new calendar?
