Can't create new purchase order

Continuing the discussion from Purchase Order Scoutbook Plus:

I’m on the To Purchase tab in Scoutbook Plus, but down where it says Step 2 (Create Purchase Order), it will not let me click that button and start a new purchase order. Does anyone know what’s wrong or how to fix it?

You need to select items in Step 1. Once one or more items are selected, the Create Purchase Order button in Step 2 will be enabled.

If there are no items in Step 1 you have nothing to purchase. This could be because there are no unpurchased and unawarded items or the only items that need to be purchased are for a Scout who’s membership has lapsed. This issue with lapsed Scouts is being investigated by the developers.

Okay, thank you! I next need to figure out how to print the certificate cards in bulk. This is my first time doing all of this as Advancement Chair for our Pack.

Click View Purchase Order. The options to print the pocket certificates are at the bottom of the page.
