No one in our Troop currently can create a PO. The people that show the ability still get the above button that does not work. Is this still something being worked on or is it an issue for only us?

That was it - it wasn’t working for our advancement chair but I saw where we could add it for her today and have done that. I saw I had the functionality but when I tried to do it, it didn’t work but I forget to select an item. I am opening the PO now. Thanks for your help.
