I have a Scout who is trying to turn in his Eagle Application to our District. They won’t begin processing his application because his leadership doesn’t match Scoutbook Plus exactly. The problem is that he has an old glitchy entry for Den Chief from 10/2025 that was added by his former Scoutmaster. Scoutbook Plus grabs that incomplete and unapproved entry and shows it in reports as his Life Rank leadership. For whatever reason, now the entry cannot be edited or deleted at the troop level. I contacted our Council, and they cannot delete it either. It is an unnecessary leadership entry that duplicates part of the time period he was a den chief. We would really like to be able to delete it so that he can have his Eagle Application accepted. Any suggestions?
