I am trying to end the membership of an adult on our roster. I cannot click on any of the adults in the roster. Is this something that was affected by last night’s update?
Click on My Account, my positions, click on your unit admin position, and click update. Log off and on and see if that fixes it.
If not: Can you give us your member ID?
Sorry, To re-set the unit Admin role, a user has to go through the unit Roster page (Pack Roster, Troop Roster, etc.).
It doesn’t work by going through My Account → My Positions.
I don’t know why, but the path makes a difference.
The issue resolved itself later this morning and I was able to make the change.
