Can't Find Incomplete Merit Badge Report in Scoutbook Plus

I used to run the Incomplete Merit Badge in Scoutbook Legacy. It is no longer there. Is there a way to run the report in Scoutbook Plus. Looking to run a report where is show an individual scout and what they still need to finish for all their incomplete merit badges. The Merit Badge In Process report does not do what I need it to do.

@ShirleyHall - I am fairly sure that the in progress report will do exactly what you are looking to do. Did you click on the pencil icon for merit badges and the one for scouts.

When I click on the pencil to select one Scout and then click ok. It still says “All” by the pencil and gives me all of the Scouts in one report. Also, when I click on “All” in the merit badges, it gives me every single MB whether or not they have start the MB. I want to run a report for each Scout and give it to them so they know what they still need to work on for each of their MBs that are not completed. I don’t want to have to look up each Scout to figure out which MBs they have open and are working on. The Incomplete Merit Badge report was a quick report to run for the Scouts.

We found a bug with that report.

In the meantime, you can give the Scouts the Scouts BSA History Report. The last section of that report has partial merit badges and the requirements that have been completed.

Ok. I am a little new to this. How will we know when the bug has been fixed?

Watch Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of a fix.

@ShirleyHall - and in that report selection dialog you want use the show uncompleted rather than the all which is the radio button selected by default.

I did choose that button. Part of the issue is that when I run the report, I do not know which MBs they have partially completed without having to look each scout up and select the specific one MBs. If I click “All” on the MBs, it will give every single MB whether or not they are open/working on them for that scout. It sounds like there is also a bug with selecting the scout (It doesn’t let you select the specific scout, it returns to all scouts).

@ShirleyHall - well the key to the report is the info on the right

No reqs completed means NOTHING has been done or entered, a list of numbers will be those reqs remaining to be done.

Additionally using that radio button will limit the badges that are in the pending or started stage for the scout and it will not list every MB available. I just ran it and the only mb showing in the report are those for which they are signed up for at summer camp and the surveying mb which I am running for the troop. I see no other mb from the all selection.
