Hello, I cannot log into Scoutbook on the Scouting App or on the mobile chrome browser on my phone or my son’s phone, but I can log in on my computer. We have android devices that are up to date. I am 100% sure I am using the correct credentials.
Your user ID is your e-mail address. I don’t see anything in the database that would prevent you from logging in.
I am using my email address, and the correct password. I cannot get logged in on anything except my computer.
