Cant log in to mobile app

I have a account that shows my pack, troop and crew rosters. I am key 3 for the pack, and CoAdvisor and key 3 delegate for crew. I just downloaded the mobile app but cannot log in. I get a message that I must be a parent.

I am a parent of a crew member who appears in my roster where I am listed as her parent.

Why cant I log in to the mobile app?

@ChristopherHane - can you confirm that you are indeed connected as a parent to your scout. The check box for parent sould be selected.

Do you see your daughter under my dashboard > administration > my family? If not, go back into the connection and click update. Then, log off and back on.

is your child over 18? not sure we tested that
