Scoutbook acting terribly to me

I have used every troubleshooting method possible. However I cannot sign in on my phone or ipad, even if i request desktop website. If i use the EXACT SAME log in it tells me it is wrong on my phone. I cannot change the sign in to google or apple, as the option simply isn’t there. Please help! Maybe the problem is i am a scout and not an adult, i don’t know.

Yes, i can sign into all of the scout websites on pc, but none on mobile. Even on the app.

Does your phone have some control application on it for websites and what sites can be accessed? What does the screen say when you cannot log in?

You might try closing all open browser windows and clearing cache.

No, my phone doesn’t have that.
It just says i have the wrong username and password (this applies to all scout websites). But on pc with the SAME username and password they all work.

I have tried that, it didn’t work. (both clearing all tabs, and resetting website data).

Often the simplest answer is the correct answer - are you using a Saved login on either device? I suggest typing in the name/password to make sure they match

These aren’t on the screen at atll?

Could you provide a screenshot before and after you try to log in without displaying your username or other personal info?

@ChristopherHeskett - as you are able to sign into the sites on the pc the issue resides with your mobile device. Are you using links saved to the home or using the mobile browser to access the sites.
