Can't record a scout's progress on specific adventure

The scout’s den leader nor I, the cubmaster, can update a particular scout’s progress on the Lion adventure On A Roll.

The scout’s ID is: 141030999

Whenever we try to mark the adventure as completed we get an error that says, “HTTP Post on Resource Server 500 Error.”

The den leader was able to mark this adventure as completed for the other scout in the den.

I get the error even in incognito mode.

I have this issue over multiple scouts (ranging from lions to webelos). When I enter the bike adventures, I get a variety of errors. Multiple users get the same errors, so I know it’s not my account or computer.
