Can't see my scout or any in my den in Scouting app

Hi! I’m a den leader and have a son in scouting. I can see the roster for my den on both the Scoutbook and Advancements websites. However… when I log into the red Scouting app on my phone I don’t have anything for any of my den or for my son who is in my den. On the "My Scout"s tab it shows “Tap HERE to add your personal parent/guardian scout connections” If I try to link to my son from that HERE link, it says the member can’t be found (he’s also linked to my husband and it displays my son properly in my husband’s app).

Should I be able to add my son and see him in the Scouting app?
Should I be able to see the whole den in the Scouting app?

@LaurieRitzko It looks like you are not connected to your son as a parent in Scoutbook.

You can connect yourself by logging in to Scoutbook and go to:

My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections

Above the red buttons you will see text that says:

“If you are a parent/guardian and do not see your Scout listed below Connect to your Scout as Parent/Guardian.”

Click on the red text (in bold) to connect to your Scout as a parent / guardian.

You can also contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to add you as a parent (in the “Relationships” section).

The red Scouting mobile app is for Scouts and parents. It is not an app for leaders. You won’t be able to see you den in the red Scouting mobile app.
