Cant see scouts in the drop down to add to an activity

I am trying to add Scouts to an activity but when i click on add person it says no data,
I attached a screen shot of the drop down

@StephanieDoerner - have you tried selecting people first then selecting record progress then activity

@StephanieDoerner When you log in at my.scouting and go to:

Menu → My Profile

Which positions do you see in the “Registrations” section?
