I am an assistant Scoutmaster for my sons Troop. I have been able to add Camping, Hiking and Service Hours for everyone in our troop until September 2024. Now, I click on New Activity Logs, select the activity, and click on add person. None of the Troop members come up, just have a greyed-out inbox and says no data. Our Troop does not have patrols or anything due to the size of it.
@MichaelCrews first issue is you do not have EDIT connections to scouts - so you do not have unit rights to enter logs - your unit would need to give you that access in Scoutbook
