I am using Scoutbook Plus and the Messaging option. I can’t send an email to Member ID 12354283. When I am in the Messaging pop up and I click on “Recipients”, it says that there is “no guardian with email”. Above his name in the “Recipients” popup has a parent but with no name and it says “no email”. His dad, Member ID, 12353730, is a leader and I can search by his name and send an email. When I look at that scout’s profile, I see that he has a relationship with his dad. How can we send an email to this scout?
@HeidiMazur One issue might be that the parent / child “Relationships” are messed up. The father is both “Father of” and “Son of” to the Scout. The local council can fix that with their Registrar Tools.
