No Parent Email Error Message

Hi,

Recently our leaders haven’t been able to send Messages via ScoutBook Plus to some of our scouts. When the scout is selected as a recipient there is a message: No gradian with email, even tough both the parent and the scout have emails listed in their Scoutbook plus accounts and they were receiving messages before

For example parent R S - with id 135814036

@DiyanaMiriyala yes I see an issue- that father has no email on their My.scouting account - let me look at it.

We have the same issue with the following parents:

S. P. - 135827000

P. P. - 135813944

and this parent is listed with two ID numbers and they too stopped receiving emails

P. C. - 137125906 and P. C. - 134669329

I think the fastest solution is for the parent’s to log into my.scouting.org and add their email to their profile

I will contact them, just wanted to alert you that an important information seems to have disappeared when it used to be there.
