We have 2 scouts that their emails do not show in Messaging nor their Guardian emails. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Is this in SB+ messaging or in classic SB messaging?
SB+. They don’t show up in the messaging list in SB Legacy either.
@DanielHarris3 maybe a little more detail - what exactly do you mean they do not show up? There names do not appear? Names appear with No email?
In SB+, Messaging, Manage List Members, 12732121 name is greyed out and no guardian email.
However, I just checked and Scout 135603787, Parent 135603788 looks like it might be resolved.
Following up on Scout 12732121 with Parent 133415492, name still greyed out and no guardian email in SB+ Messaging.
@DanielHarris3 The only thing that I see that might be an issue is that the parent is both “Mother of” and also “Son of” her Scout with first initial “G.”. If the local council could fix that with their Registrar Tools, then it might fix the issue.
I will reach out to our council to correct, thanks! Hopefully, that will remedy it.
Council says they have corrected the profiles, and still the same issue.
@DanielHarris3 I just checked. Mom is still “Son of” youth with first initial “G.”
