Any time I click any scout in my roster it spins and I receive the “Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.”
I have,
- Shift refreshed
- Cleared the cookies for the site and the browser cache
- Tried on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
- Tried on Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a different computer
Appears to be a backend issue, please assist, thank you.

I am getting the same error - Scoutbook, NOT Scoutbook+
first guess would be to do this if you are an admin - Go to unit Roster in Scoutbook > Click your name > click Admin > click Update - that should solve it
Same error in Scoutbook. It also seems to be impacting the ability to view PO’s I get the same message when trying to view an open PO to print MB cards
I’m getting the same issue. I’m a parent trying to pull up my two sons, and i’m getting the Error screen for both of them. agreed that this seems to be a backend issue. seems to be connected on the main page (because I see the % wheel), but when clicking into the details and the page tries to refresh to the new page, i get the error page.
OK I see the issue and am reporting it in - let me see if there is a way around it
For me this seems to have resolved itself - might have been a server issue - is it working for others?
