Pack Roster fails to load load

I’m experiencing an issue when I click Pack Roster it says loading and spins for a few moments and then says Error Loading Page. I saw a couple of other recent-ish post about this, but they are closed now. We’re a large pack ~125 scouts and am wondering if it’s at all related. Any ideas on a way to fix this? Thank you in advance for the help!

We are Pack 876, Scoutbook UnitID=42252

Do not open Pack Roster > open the Den Rosters

This works for some tasks, but some like getting to the volunteers, it does not. It seems like a) timeout needs to be increased or b) more compute power or c) DB optimization.
