Pack Roster Not Loading. Just getting spinning wheel

Opening up our Pack roster to make adjustments is quite slow. And recently I have started to experience a situation where it won’t open. I click on Pack Roster and I get the spinning wheel. Eventually it will say Error Loading Page. I’m using the latest Firefox browser (on my Windows desktop computer) to access Scoutbook.

Any tips or suggestions here? Thanks.

It is not working well for many of us with larger units.

The developers are looking into it. I do not know when it will be fixed.
