Changemyemail error, but user was getting emails

Hi all, have a problem with a connection that was working that now displays changemyemail - can someone help me out? User ID is 12173022, but when I look at the roster email in My.Scouting it’s correct…

The email is applied to the wife’s account @AndrewBurns it can be on both - they will just see an error saying someone else has that email

Thanks - husband has a separate email, anyway to update? we use the message features in SB pretty extensively, so I want to make sure emails are getting through to both parents…
