I have a leader who was having trouble logging in at scouting.org. Tried password reset but then it gives him an error username too short his username (which he has had for a long time is 5 characters long did they up the number but not make a provision for grandfathering?
I suggest you take this to your local Council. They have the ability to engage with someone at National to help.
yes it appears at some point the character limit was changed to 6 - so older ones that are less might be stuck - the one Ron is referring to got locked when a password was changed it seems. SO, if yours is less than 6 characters long, I would suggest going in and changing the user name IF you can get in.
