As the Charter Exec. Officer and COR, I completed the renewal online and signed on behalf of the Key 3. Why is my Council still requiring signatures from the UL and CC. Shouldn’t my signature alone be sufficient?
Electronically or on the paper recharter renewal? That paper renewal is a separate physical process.
