I have been trying for days to get my unit recharter submitted. I get an error message stating that it is unable to generate the charter for signature. My local council has only suggested to log out and back in or try at a later time (already done). Please help me to complete the recharter process before our charter expires.
@RussellAmmon have you tried an Incognito/Private window? If you know how to use Developer Tools you can Inspect and Network to see the API that is failing and report it here.
Amazingly it finally let me submit in incognito mode. Fingers crossed that it will be signed soon and I will be able to print and submit.
