If a Scout who is on the 2022 requirements has already completed Citizenship in Sociey, and we move him to the 2026 requirements, will SB automatically move that badge towards completion of a Palm, or is it somewhere in limbo in the netherworld?
@MarkGrimes If a MB is completed - it is completed no matter what version it is. So not sure I follow your question. If it is complete there is no reason to change the version.
If are you talking about the Eagle Rank Version? If this then yes, it just becomes an elective. The 22 version is ONLY there for scouts with 21 MBs that HAVE to have CIS to make 21
Regarding the palms, it doesn’t care which merit badges you have. The logic was greatly simplified by saying the first palm requires 26 total, the second 31, etc..
