When you click on Needs Purchasing in SB+ > and Click Generate Report
This Does 2 things
It opens a Purchase Order
It immediately Closes the same PO
Those POs are available in the Closed PO Section of the Scoutbook Needs Purchasing Report - not ideal but reported and better understood now. So if it seems things are missing they are likely in a closed PO
that seems… like it is going to cause issues. So if you run the report - and then need to add to it - you need to know to pull two purchase orders? Are the report functions in regular SB going away? The needs Approval/Purchasing/Awarded reports are really important…
