Combine Two Accounts into One PLEASE

I have an adult on my roster with what appears to be two accounts;

Correct account name: (name removed by Moderator), BSA #13235154, does not show DOB or address.

Incorrect name: (name removed by Moderator), BSA #130922169, shows correct DOB, address, etc.
How does this happen?

Can you combine into a single account please? Thanks you

These were created by council or online registrations - council can fix with VST and Registrar tools

@MarkCorbett I was able to find a 3rd BSA member ID number for this user that I think has the correct name and DOB:

131359280

Please ask your local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up the user’s child (or children). In the Relationships section, he should be listed as parent only under BSA 131359280. He should be removed if listed as parent under any other BSA member numbers. Otherwise, his numbers might get switched at Recharter, and this could result in creating another Scoutbook account.
