We have a user in our troop that has duplicate accounts. [name removed by admin], has two BSA IDs - 12305014 and 130947996. Each ID has its own Scoutbook ID as well. Please advise how we can merge these two accounts. Thank you.

She needs to log in with her my.scouting username – not her e-mail address.
