Recently a second account pooped up for one of our Scouts, is there a way to merge the two accounts. One has the last name wrong also.

Post the User IDs or BSA numbers and we can look - no names

@ConstanceGonsalves Well on the one you think is wrong that is how the parents filled out the membership application ??? You would need to talk to council on that - but I will look at them

@ConstanceGonsalves This is fixed - I left name as it is registered to avoid other issues - you need to talk to parent as they seem to have intentionally entered the name that way, then talk to council if a change is needed
