I have a parent who recently transferred from the Pack and has two IDs. One is what she logs into Scoutbook with and is associated with the Pack that she needs to maintain.
The other is the one that appears to be attached to her Scout.
Is it possible to move her connection from her Scout from BSA ID 14591279 to her active login which is BSA ID 141009482? Her Scout’s BSA ID is 14549036 if you need that as well.
