I have somehow ended up with two scoutbook accounts linked to my two children. Can you please merge the two accounts so that both of my children show up when I log in? Please preserve the first account with Member ID 140737878 link to two children to that one.

From now on, please log in only with your my.Scouting username – not your e-mail address.
We have a similar issue - our one Scout (14772256) has multiple parents listed. Can you merge 14899370 (keep as this one is also associated with the Scout’s younger brother) with 14772254 please? Also - Scout 14772256 has a person listed as a parent who is not their parent - can you delete / remove the connection with ID # 14825376? Thank you in advance!
@DanielRhoades I have merged the parent’s Scoutbook accounts.
Please contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up the Scout (member ID number 14772256). In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove the parent under her secondary member ID number. She should only be listed as parent under her primary member ID number 14899370. This will help to prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
The parent also has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting. She can work with the local council to merge them.
Please contact the local council about removing the incorrect parent.
