I have a youth member in our pack with a parent who has 2 accounts:
ID 10225474 & 135437834
I know the parent is also a Scoutmaster for a troop, so I want to make sure the account used there isn’t affected.
Thanks!

@StevenRohde THAT IS FIXED - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 10225474
Hello, I have a similar issue. I had registered for an account and my unit leader also registered me. The member IDs are 140170515 (the one with all of my information) and 14909117. Thank you in advance for your help!!
@DonovanMcNeil One of my parents has a similar issue and has two Scoutbook profiles (IDs 13188207 / 132464095). The ID 13188207 is what shows up in my.scouting.org roster and is connected to his Scoutbook login. Can you remove 132464095?
@CharlesPenninger This is fixed.
@JohnCubbison This user has 2 usernames at my.scouting:
