Commissioner Positions Training Not Syncing with Reports

I have a few UC’s and RTC’s over the past year that have completed their position training via online and their training SCO modules show up in the training manager completion record. But when I pull the reports it shows no online training and they do not have credit for being Position Trained. Is there a way for them to refresh on their end to possibly get things to sync?
