Traning Report Showing "Not Trained" with only Optional Classroom not completed

In looking at the Training report for the district, there are a number of Commissioners who have completed everything online but are showing as not trained because of the D20 Classroom option. Is this a bug that is being fixed or something that can be corrected on a local level?

I’ve heard this before, but never saw it. Can you post a snip of the report showing what is done and what is due (without names)

Here is what is needed (you likely already cross referenced this list)…

Position Direct_Contact_Leader Trained Incomplete_Mandatory Incomplete_Classroom Incomplete_Online
Unit Commissioner NO NO D20
Unit Commissioner NO NO D20
Unit Commissioner NO NO D20
Unit Commissioner NO NO D20
Unit Commissioner NO NO D20
Unit Commissioner NO NO D20

Instead of a copy and paste, can you include a screen shot including what was completed? I’ll do an example when I am back at a PC.

This is odd. Here is my district. It looks like when all of the commissioner courses were updated (recently?), those that were trained stayed, those who were not, didn’t. For those that didn’t, it says to take the in person class.

I wonder if there was cutoff and they have to retake their online classes since it was reset?

I don’t have much to add; sorry it may be as broken as you say. One could do one class and see if it registers it as that one is done.

It is not showing any of the online courses as an option–whether completed previously or not.

Your wording helped me. Sorry, it took me a bit.

It is clearly a bug. If a person isn’t trained (red NO), it should list the classroom (D20) or the laundry list of all online classes needed. It isn’t doing that.

[need date] Commissioner Training used to be either in-person or modules. Both were included in the report.

[need date] Then things changed to either the in-person class or a hybrid process where a person did the online modules and then completed an Onboarding Progress Record (OPR) with a coach. After completing the OPR, your coach manually entered your completed training. For the report, modules were no longer included as a way to complete training.

[need date] Recently, the OPR is now optional, but the report has not been updated to reflect the change that completing only modules is again one way to be Position Trained.

Yes, I read that, but didn’t the report still list the online training modules you needed? Or did you just have to keep track on your own? For other positions, it would list the modules still needed.

As the Assistant Council Commissioner for commissioner training, I have spent a lot of time looking at training records. Have you actually gone into the individual training records to look for online completions? I see from the screen clip all the positions are “Unit Commissioner” I know that there is a “glitch” in the training records from my.scouting, that at least Unit Commissioners and District Commissioners (i cant say for any other positions, as I don’t have anyone else not trained) ALWAYS show with no online training not completed as blank, even if they have not even started. Not sure if this may be your problem that they are missing one o 2 modules online.
We did have a new unit commissioner started last month and now shows trained after completing all the online modules without needing to manually enter the “D20” in-person/onboarding code.
