Completing Commissioner Basic Training

At a recent Commissioner Conference that we held, we got into a discussion on how to complete the on-boarding part of the Commissioner Basic Training. I know you can fake your way through it by just checking all of the boxes, but it would be good if there was a way that their ADC or DC or ACC or CC would do that sign off of that part. That way, we know that the experience is valid.
