We have a scout who has been connected some how to a parent who is not her parent. I have reported to council and they have tried twice to unconnect the scout but it doesn’t stay. They asked me to try in the connection manager and removing the parent. The person has accepted the invitation so I am unable to remove them. Any suggestions on what can be done?
What are the Scout’s BSA number and the initials of the wrong parent?

@LauraWang I was thinking that this was a case where the relationships were set up incorrectly, but that is not the issue here.
Please ask your local council to try removing the incorrect parent again using their Volunteer Support Tools (VST). If it doesn’t stick, they can submit a help ticket to National.
