When I click on Connections Manager I get an error “unable to load page”. Therefore I am unable to manage the connections of the Troop. My current positions and roles listed are:
Merit Badge Counselor
Troop Admin Key 3
Unit Advancement Chair
Committee Member
The Unit ID is 55643
My BSA# is 127700739
My User is 1516710
Can you all take a look at this issue and figure out why the Connections Manager will not load. BTW, I did click CLEAN OLD CONNECTIONS just in case this may have been an issue; however, still cannot get Connections Manager
