Constantly receive an error when trying to assign a Den Chief to dens that have been ‘advanced’

Constantly get the error:

Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.

Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!

This only happens to one of our two Den Chiefs for some reason.

Since this is only happening with one den chief, please post the BSA Member ID or Scoutbook User ID so we can have the developers investigate. We do not need the Scout’s name.

No, I have not received any updates.

Checking in again to see if there has been any progress towards a resolution.

The developers have found the root cause and are working on a fix. It appears to be caused by a Scout not having a parent connected. If you connect the Scout’s parent, you may get past the issue.
