Correction of erroneous date entry for Merit Badge earned report

I am Advancement Chairperson for Troop --how can I correct an erroneous entry for “Date Earned” for Eagle-required Merit Badge?

  1. Go to the Scout’s Advancement page.
  2. Click on the name of the merit badge.
  3. Click where it says “Completed”.
  4. Remove the checkmarks from “Leader Approved” and “Awarded” (as applicable).
  5. Save.
  6. Click where it says “Completed” again, and correct the date.
  7. Check “Leader Approved” and “Awarded” (as applicable).
  8. Save.
