Hi everyone,
I have a Scout with multiple merit badges with inconsistent awarded dates. The MBs are showing as correct under the “Earned” box as "Marked Awarded on Jan 29, 2025, by XXXX (the Troop Achievement Coordinator). " However, on the merit badge list, it is marked as awarded on 07/16/1905, and when pulled into her Eagle Application, it is marked as awarded on 07/16/1905.
Is there a simple way to fix this? The issue is urgent, as the Scout will age out shortly, and we want to have all of the paperwork turned in to our Council prior to that date.
@CJ_DuBois Please provide the Scout’s member ID number and the merit badges in question.

@CJ_DuBois Those all have the 1905 date as the date earned. An Admin or leader with advancement rights can click on Completed > then change the date in the second image below

I’m an Admin and the Date Completed is grayed out. I’m unable to change it.
You need to remove the checks next to “Leader Approved” and “Awarded”, then Save.
I tried that and it errors - Date must be in the format mm/dd/yyyy
