Good Morning! The address for our Council is incorrect in Scoutbook, and I was wondering if there’s a way for us to fix it at the council level (I am a Council Admin) or if it’s something that needs to be corrected at the National level. Thanks!
I think a CA can fix it in Scoutbook but looking at Text server I guess not - send in a MC request to National @LeahBarry
The Council Address needs to be updated by BSA IT. Council Admins can only change the address of Scout Shops, not the Council office.
You will need to open a ticket with Member Care as @DonovanMcNeil suggested.
