Created new patrols in Scoutbook Plus - Now exist in patrol and unassigned

Moved some scouts around into different patrols, now they show up in the patrol and as unassigned, cannot make get them out of unassigned.

@ThomasThompson1 did you move the Scouts in Legacy Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org) or in Scoutbook+ (advancements.scouting.org)??

all in Scoutbook Plus. Thinking back, I did have two browsers open with Scoutbook Plus if that could have caused it to dupe somehow.

I used both edit and add to patrol options. Included the error get when trying to remove from a patrol
