I have four tiger cub adventures showing in the “To Purchase” section in Scoutbook Plus for four of my AOL Scouts. They are showing as completed on 02/07/2026 and also approved by me on 02/07/2026. I was out at Pinewood Derby all day and our Adult Leaders Banquet that evening so I don’t remember every working in Scoutbook that day to approve any of these. Anyway…I cannot seem to Unapprove them so I can get rid of them and when I look in each Scout’s individual advancements I do not see this adventure…none of these Scouts were Tiger Cubs.
Yes, I do…from TroopTrack. I have doublechecked those files just to be sure and I cannot see those adventures. My files are dated 02/12/2026 so I am not sure where the 02/07 came from at all.
@AmyMusser - i suggest you examine the trooptrack site itself and those member id records as this all points to something in a upload as it is tagged to you.
beyond that you would need to go to each of the scout records then that adventure and clear out the date and any approval check marks and save
I can open a ticket with them but I cannot find any evidence of these Scouts with the Rolling Tigers adventure. It doesn’t show on their individual records, they don’t show on my shopping lists, they don’t show on the files I created over the past few months to be uploaded to Scoutbook Plus. I cannot find any evidence of these anywhere except on that one “To Purchase” screen in Scoutbook…it’s so weird.
I have tried to go to the individual Scout records in Scoutbook Plus to delete the Rolling Tigers adventures but they all show as not started so I don’t know where else to go to delete them.
When I select them I have the option to Unapprove items but not Add items to order. I have tried clicking the Unapprove items but it doesn’t do anything.
@AmyMusser - i wonder if those items are prior version rather than current version. That would fit on the not started. I would look at the scout record in plus and toggle to the prior version.
HAving them there does no harm, just do not buy the items. Otherwise you would need to move each scout to a tiger den to unapprove and clear date on each one. If you are only using third party software I would assume it was something in the import.
I was actually able to get to it that way…finally. Thank you.
But…I will not let me uncheck the “mark as approved/recorded” box or remove the completion date. It shows that Error up at the top about record update failed.
Ok…so I need to move them to another den to be able to unapprove it…that’s the part I was forgetting I think.
I finally got them deleted!! Thank you so much. I know it doesn’t matter if they just sit there but it was driving me crazy and I didn’t want to forget down the road and accidentally run them through all the way.
@AmyMusser- i suspect the adventure id is mapped incorrectly in trooptrack so if your file had those scouts for another adventure it is mapped with the one in error in plus
