I put in a ticket SSd-113187 and was told to reach out here if their suggestion didn’t work.
Ticket: I have 2 scouts that the unit can’t switch their account to the 2024 version. NAME REMOVED #140552871 and NAME REMOVED #140458297.
Response: Move them to a den of a different rank then back to the proper wolf den.

Please don’t include names in the posts here. The forums are public and world-readable. Scouting America Member IDs are generally sufficient for the SUAC volunteers to assist.
It’s typically best for the unit scouters to post the issue here, mostly because it is sometimes a “watch the user’s process” solution (i.e. the problem is specific to a step they are taking or not taking).
Do the scouts have any adventures from the earlier versions of their current rank marked as completed? That has caused issues in the past, and sometimes occurred because the Scouting mobile app hadn’t been updated at the time that the new adventures were released in Scoutbook+ and packs were moved off of classic Scoutbook for the new adventures. Removing those completions has worked for some folks in the past, and then the version toggle can be adjusted without moving the scouts. Once the toggle is adjusted, the scouters can re-enter the completions with the same completion dates, but for the correct adventure versions.
Do you know if they tried this approach?
