ScoutBook Plus is not updated for one scout in my Pack

We have a scout account on ScoutBook plus that is not updated to the 2024 requirements. I cannot access the new requirements to put in his advancement. We had no trouble with any accounts last year. The Scout is currently a Bear and his account still has all of the old adventures and requirements. How do I fix this?

No it won’t give me an option that I can find. If you look at screenshots I added, where it says 2022 version. It doesn’t do anything when I try to click on it. Am I missing something? We have several other scouts and all of theirs work fine.

Your screen shots are from a mobile device. Can you try this from a computer? We have seen issues in the past with the formatting on mobile devices.

Maybe that’s the problem then. We don’t currently have a computer. Ours isn’t working. I’ll see if I can check it at my son’s house later tonight. Thank you.
