The errors below appear to be repeated for multiple program levels and not just bears.
On the Scoutbook App, Advancement->Cub Rank->Bear is showing the 2022 requirements and adventures.
The Advancement->Bear Adventures is showing correctly (2024).
On Scoutbook Plus, Roster->Scout Profile->Current Adventures is showing 2022 requirements.
Whereas, Quick Entry - Adventures->Select an Adventure is showing 2024.
@EvanPollock1 you need to make sure the Scouts is in the correct Den Level and that they are on the 2024 version of the rank
Sorry was having connectivity issues, corrected the initial message.
Everyone was in the correct dens already, but when we advanced everyone it appears that some were switched to the 2024 requirements for their new program level and some were kept on the 2022 requirements. Had to go into each individual profile, check to verify that they were toggled to 2024. Some were and some were not. Luckily we are a small pack, but that would be quite the hassle for much larger packs.
Yeah if old ranks had ever been touched (even opened once) they took priority
Maybe a suggestion for if/when requirements are updated again. Make the dens the toggle point for the requirement changes and have it effect everyone in that den, if possible.
Simple to say - does not work - there were dens that were marking things off old requirements last week
