I’m an adult leader (141218150) in charge of our pack’s medical records. I’ve had roles added to my account to let me edit the medical form dates on everyone’s profile, but I’d like to be able to run a custom report that prints out the current status of all active members’ and adults’ medical A/B and C forms. When I build a custom report for this, only my son is listed under the drill-down options for “All Scouts,” which means I only get him on the report, presumably because he’s the only scout I’m linked to.
How can I generate this kind of report for all active scouts and adults in the pack?
