Custom Report not working

I trying to run an Advancement report to get the CSV data to import to TroopWebHost. I have created the report and all that happens is a white screen for a while, then this:

I’m unit CC, so don’t think it is a permission problems as I’ve read in other posts. Anyone else having issues or ideas for a resolution? This has been going on since 2/1.

What data are you exporting? How many scouts? Is it literally every advancement, rank, award for every scout? You might need to export it in chunks if the report you’re generating is too large.

The other issue might be if you’re part of a unit that recently “merged” from two prior units (e.g. a B and a G troop that became a single coed unit). Sometimes permissions for the resulting unit are mixed up, depending on how councils executed the merger in the software.
