Trying to run ‘Individual Record’ report for about 8 Scouts from the Troop dashboard. Looks like it tries to load, and then generates the Error message (“Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request”).
I am also having this issue!!! Trying to print out for rank interviews for troop. Also, I have 3 missing scouts from the cub roster that are moving to troop. They disappeared. I believe all completed the renewal process a few months ago.
I also received an error when trying to run an individual advancement report for each Scout in our troop,.

I am also having this issue for the cub scout reports. I try to generate a report showing advancement progress and get the same error as listed above. This issue started after the most recent updates to scout book plus. The history report times out

Mondays are notorious for timeout errors dues to load levels (not an excuse, just an observation). Are you only observing the issue today/on Mondays?

Have you tried with an incognito window?
Can you specify the report? Steps to get to the report? What happens when you run the report? Screenshot of any error (without PII). If report page generates a ref:, please supply that number.

Same issue here with Individual Advancement Records being generated via the Troop Reports > Individual Advancement Record. Tried on multiple browsers sessions using Chrome and Safari on two different computers in normal and incognito modes. I can get ONE individual advancement report to run for MOST scouts, but if more than one is selected I get the attached error page with no error code indicated. I began trying to run these record last week (Thursday?) and have had the same result.

I’ve had this issue with running the report since the update in early April 2025. The Activity Summary does not generate.

I have experienced the timeout error in the past and, like you suggested, hopped on in a day or two and generated the report. Unfortunately, this tactic has not worked for me this April so it is to the forums to see if it is user error (likely) or a bug (possibly).
I just found a similarly titled report “Scouts BSA Individual Advancement Record” in the Troop Reports menu that is able to generate a similar report successfully for all 55 of the scouts in our troop at once (see attached screenshot).
The only issue is the formatting of this report does not keep each scout’s record always as a 1 page front and back report, about 1/3 of the scouts have a one page front and back report and the remainder (usually younger scouts) have all the information on just the front of one page. The previous report had fixed pagination so you could print 2 sided for all have each scout on their own page. If you need to print these reports ASAP it is better than nothing though!

@SeanHerrle thanks for the ref number, but please, for the developers, please describe how you are running this report (steps taken). Sometimes the issue lies in the method of accessing the report and they need this specific information for troubleshooting. Thanks again.
- log into scoutbook plus → ‘Roster’
- Sort roster to be grouped by Den
- Select all scouts in applicable Den
- Select ‘Run Report’ → ‘Advancement History’

The report is not available in the report page on scoutbook+. I’ve attempted to save the report the past few times that I’ve ran it successfully by selecting the save report button on the report page, but it was not saved. I cannot recall the exact steps as I currently can access the page to recreate the steps.
