Our outdoor chair makes a different form for permission slip that provides for parental attendance, allergies or food requests. We would love to see a way to make the permission slip more customized. I have attached a copy of our current form as an example. thank you!

Lene - I suspect that this will need to involve document storage, which on an enterprise level will become costly and will require attention.
What about having the ability to just attach a link to where the Troop or pack might store this document for the user to access? This would negate the extra storage needed as a solution, right?
Many e-mail clients recognize a URL and automatically turn it into a link. If you put the URL to the file in your calendar description or e-mail it will be clickable by the recipient.
